These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ExoMind app ("the app"), provided by AGENTUR CLICK LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your use of the Apple App Store or Google Play is also governed by their own terms and policies.
ExoMind stores all entries locally on your device. We do not hold a copy. You are solely responsible for backing up your data (the app offers a local backup export) and for any loss of data on your device. See our Privacy Policy for what we do and do not receive.
Capture is powered by AI. You can use your own provider API key (BYOK) at no cost, in which case your use is also subject to that provider's terms and limits.
With Pro you may use ExoMind Managed AI: prompts travel through our relay to an AI provider we select. Managed AI is subject to daily usage caps to keep the service available to all subscribers. We may adjust caps and model selection over time. We may suspend accounts that automate, resell, or deliberately abuse the relay.
You agree not to use the app or the relay to break the law, to harm others, or to attempt to disrupt or overload the service. You remain responsible for the content you capture and process.
The app is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. AI output may be wrong; verify anything important. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app or service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the app or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss on your device.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. The effective date above changes with each update. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
